Graphite felt for flow battery electrodes
Product Description
This product is a specialized graphite felt electrode material for flow batteries, processed using different treatment processes according to the varying performance requirements of different flow battery electrodes. The basic processes include: non-woven needle punching, carbonization, graphitization, and fiber surface post-treatment. This product features a flat felt body, uniform thickness, and consistent electrochemical performance throughout. It is currently widely used in vanadium flow battery electrode materials, zinc-bromine flow battery electrode materials, and zinc-air (zinc-oxygen flow battery electrode materials). It has characteristics such as low internal resistance in the stack, good and uniform electrochemical activity, excellent corrosion resistance, low cycle degradation in the stack, and high energy efficiency.

It is suitable for various types of vacuum heat treatment furnaces, powder metallurgy sintering furnaces, and can be provided in various shapes such as flat plates, discs, and cylinders. It has a long service life and is easy to install and dismantle.
Oxidized filament(PAN-based) soft graphite felt
Product Description
This product is made from imported pre-oxidized fibers, which are needle-punched into felt and then processed through carbonization, graphitization, and other techniques. It is produced using continuous carbonization equipment, ensuring good flatness, uniform thickness, and stable performance indicators.
Compared to ordinary PAN-based carbon felt and graphite felt, oxidized fiber felt is softer, has good tensile strength, lower density, longer service life, and excellent resistance to thermal radiation. The fibers are not easily pulverized and have low skin irritation.
It can be used in various vacuum resistance furnaces, induction furnaces, and sintering furnaces, providing excellent thermal insulation. Additionally, it can be applied in high-temperature gas and molten metal filtration, electrolysis electrodes, and low-temperature engineering insulation.
Its performance exceeds that of ordinary PAN-based carbon felt and graphite felt.
Viscose-based cured graphite felt
Product Description
This product is made from a viscose-based carbon felt as the base material. It has certain rigidity, self-supporting properties, low specific gravity, no short fiber shedding, and a low thermal conductivity coefficient, with a usable temperature of up to 3000°C. It is suitable for various furnace types such as high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, pressure sintering furnaces, silicon carbide recrystallization furnaces, single crystal silicon pulling furnaces, and polycrystalline silicon casting furnaces. It can be provided in various shapes such as flat plates, discs, and cylinders, with a long service life and easy installation and removal.
Viscose-based soft graphite felt
Product Description
Viscose-based carbon fiber felt is made from viscose rayon as the raw material. It is a high-performance thermal insulation material with excellent properties. It has the general characteristics of other types of carbon felt, along with features such as low density and low thermal conductivity, making it suitable for thermal insulation and ablation-resistant materials. It is especially suitable for medium-frequency induction high-temperature sintering furnaces and applications with stringent insulation performance requirements. It is also suitable for use as heating element material for quartz heating tubes and felts for marking machines.
