Oxidized filament(PAN-based) soft graphite felt

Product Description This product is made from imported pre-oxidized fibers, which are needle-punched into felt and then processed through carbonization, graphitization, and other techniques. It is produced using continuous carbonization equipment, ensuring good flatness, uniform thickness, and stable performance indicators. Compared to ordinary PAN-based carbon felt and graphite felt, oxidized fiber felt is softer, has good tensile strength, lower density, longer service life, and excellent resistance to thermal radiation. The fibers are not easily pulverized and have low skin irritation. It can be used in various vacuum resistance furnaces, induction furnaces, and sintering furnaces, providing excellent thermal insulation. Additionally, it can be applied in high-temperature gas and molten metal filtration, electrolysis electrodes, and low-temperature engineering insulation. Its performance exceeds that of ordinary PAN-based carbon felt and graphite felt.

5) Precautions
