It has certain rigidity, self-supporting properties, low specific gravity, no short fiber shedding, and a low thermal conductivity coefficient, with a usable temperature of up to 3000°C. It is suitable for various furnace types such as high-pressure gas quenching furnaces, pressure sintering furnaces, silicon carbide recrystallization furnaces, single crystal silicon pulling furnaces, and polycrystalline silicon casting furnaces. It can be provided in various shapes such as flat plates, discs, and cylinders, with a long service life and easy installation and removal.

5) Precautions
